Who we are

Ringback is operated by Claremont Software LLC, a limited liability company based in Illinois. We build and run automated text message and email follow-up, scheduling, and review-request systems for local garage door repair and installation businesses, and this site collects inquiries from people interested in those services.

What we collect

When you fill out a form or use the booking calendar on this site, we collect the information you provide: your name, business name, phone number, email address, preferred callback time, and anything you type into a message field.

We also collect standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, and privacy-respecting analytics that help us understand how the site is used. We do not use advertising cookies.

How we use it

We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, schedule a call, send the follow-up messages you requested, and improve the service we offer. We do not use it for any purpose you would not reasonably expect from filling out a form or booking a call.

Text messaging

If you provide a phone number and agree to receive texts, either by checking a consent box on one of our forms or by texting us first, we may send you messages related to your inquiry, a scheduled call, or the service you asked about.

Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with us. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or reply HELP for help.

Sharing

We do not sell your information, and opt-in data and consent for text messaging are never sold or shared with any third party.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We share information only with the service providers who help us operate: the messaging and scheduling platform that processes form submissions, bookings, and texts on our behalf, and the hosting provider that serves this website. These providers may only use your information to provide that service to us.

Data we hold for our customers

Separately from the inquiries this site collects, we also process contact data on behalf of the garage door businesses that use our service. In that role we act as a service provider, handling their customers' names, phone numbers, and message history only under their instructions and for the purposes they direct. If you are the customer of one of these businesses and have a question about how your information is handled, please contact that business directly.

Retention

We keep the information you submit for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, provide the service, and meet our recordkeeping and legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. You can request that we delete the information we hold about you using the contact details published on this site.

Children

This site and our service are not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes
